Austin Ferguson, DO
Dr. Austin Ferguson is a Siouxland native who grew up in Dakota Dunes, SD. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Buena Vista University and master’s degree in biomedical sciences before completing his osteopathic medical degree at Kansas City University and anesthesiology residency at the University of Kentucky. After receiving his training, he returned to the Siouxland area with his wife and two children. Dr. Ferguson is currently a practicing anesthesiologist in Sioux City.

Laura Purdy, MD

Dr. Purdy’s in-depth digital health expertise comes from more than a decade spent providing and directing primary care for hundreds of thousands of patients of all ages, from all walks of life.

Amber Swick, RN
Amber Swick was born and raised in Sioux City and has been practicing as a registered nurse for over eight years. She earned an associate’s degree in surgical technology, is a certified mobile research nurse and has extensive clinical experience working in post anesthesia care units, same day surgery, outpatient vascular services and dialysis. Amber enjoys spending time outside with her three beautiful children and husband of 13 years.
